Lockout Tagout

  • Definition of your lockout program, i.e. how your lockout procedures will be as per the different situations, such as single and multiple lockouts, multiple shifts, changes of shift, etc.
  • Writing of your general lockout procedure
  • Support for the numbering and physical identification of equipment and components
  • Support for the creation of the Lockout Tagout procedures by equipment
  • Coordination of the equipment modifications to simplify lockout tag out and encourage use
  • Assistance in the identification and implementation of the lockout tag out software
  • Support for the software data entry
  • Project’s budget estimation and financial justification (possible savings of your premium paid to the CSST following the implementation of the program)
